General terms and conditions
ARTICLE 1: APPLICABILITY
") of TeddyTrust. These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the TeddyTrust website.

By placing an order, you expressly agree to the applicability of these general terms and conditions to the order you have placed and you declare that you are aware of their content.

ARTICLE 3: AGREEMENT, PRICE AND PAYMENT

The agreement is concluded when you place an order via the website and TeddyTrust sends you an email confirmation of your order.

TeddyTrust reserves the right not to accept your order if:

The information you have entered is not correct or complete and if TeddyTrust has any doubts about the accuracy of this information;
You have not met a previous payment obligation;
You have not accepted delivery of a previous order and/or you have not collected a previous order;
The delivery address you provided is in a country where TeddyTrust does not deliver.
TeddyTrust will inform you as soon as possible if your order is not accepted.

The price stated on the website at the time of payment is the total price of all products, including shipping costs and taxes applicable in the European Union.

You can choose one of TeddyTrust's payment options for your order.

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to additional charges and/or taxes. These charges and/or taxes are expressly not included in the total price as stated in paragraph 2 of this article. Any additional costs based on these charges and/or taxes are at your expense and risk.

TeddyTrust cannot be held to an offer on its website if you could reasonably understand that the offer, or part thereof, contains an obvious error or typographical error, such as an abnormally low price. We request that you contact TeddyTrust if you have any doubts about the correctness of an offer.

ARTICLE 4: DELIVERY

TeddyTrust will do its utmost to process and deliver your order as soon as possible, but in any case within 30 days after the date of purchase. The delivery dates stated on the TeddyTrust website are based on circumstances known to TeddyTrust at the time of concluding the agreement and may change as a result of external factors, such as the chosen payment method, the mode of transport and internal availability. The delivery dates may also change if you make changes to your order.

You are obliged to do everything that can reasonably be expected of you to enable TeddyTrust to deliver your order on time. If you do not cooperate as described in this article 4 paragraph 2, TeddyTrust reserves the right not to deliver the products.

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address or collection point you specified on the TeddyTrust website.

Ownership of the ordered products will pass to you when TeddyTrust has received your payment for the products.

TeddyTrust will do everything to deliver the products you ordered complete and in good condition. If the delivered products are incomplete or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Article 5: Correct representation & Lifespan

TeddyTrust will do everything it can to display the products on its website as accurately as possible. If you believe that the product you ordered does not correspond to the display on the website - at the time the product was ordered - you can use your right of withdrawal. Article 6 of these general terms and conditions describes how you can exercise your right of withdrawal.

The lifespan of the products that TeddyTrust offers on its website depends on the material of the product and the way and intensity with which you use the product. To ensure that the products retain their longest lifespan and highest quality, it is important to follow the instructions and washing instructions.

Article 6: Reflection period & Right of withdrawal

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you can do so in any way. You are free to use this model form and return it to us. Return the item(s) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the day on which you exercised the right of withdrawal. The product(s) in question can be returned to the address stated in article 2 for returning products.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. This means that all items are returned in the same condition as they were received; the items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (except to try the item on) and all labels or tags must be intact.

If a product qualifies for a return

If a product is eligible for a refund, TeddyTrust will refund the amount paid for the product within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the relevant product to the bank account number used by you.

You will be refunded the total amount paid (including standard shipping costs). If you have chosen a shipping method that is different from the standard shipping method, any additional costs for this other shipping method will not be eligible for a refund. If you return one or more items from your original order and the total value of the remaining items falls under the $100 threshold, we will charge a shipping fee with reciprocal effect. We do this by refunding the purchase price of the item(s) you returned minus the shipping costs to your country. The shipping of your return is free. Your refund will be issued via the original payment method used to place the order.

The right of withdrawal is not limited by the return/exchange requirements that you can consult on the website...

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of contracts:

Contracts for the supply of goods made or personalised to the consumer's specifications.

ARTICLE 8: COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

We will do our utmost to ensure that the ordering and delivery process runs smoothly. If you nevertheless have a complaint, you can contact us via our contact details as stated in article 2 of the General Terms and Conditions.

We aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.

ARTICLE 9: APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT

These Terms and Conditions and the agreement(s) between TeddyTrust. and you are subject to Dutch law. The applicability of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.

ARTICLE 10: AMENDMENT OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TeddyTrust may change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the Terms and Conditions will only be effective if the amended version is published on the TeddyTrust website. We expect you to consult the most recent version of the Terms and Conditions when purchasing products on the website.

This Privacy Policy describes how your Personal Information is collected, used, and disclosed to others when you visit or purchase something from TeddyTrust.nl (the "Site").

When you place an order through the Site, we will retain your Order Information until you ask us to delete this information.

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

POSTAGE COSTS

For all orders from the Netherlands you pay €6.95 shipping costs. Delivery time within the Netherlands is 1-2 business days if the product is made and has arrived at Post NL

Returning products is valid within 14 days. Return costs of a product are for your own account. These costs can vary from €3.50 to €7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

The amount of the product will be refunded as soon as possible, at the latest within 10 days after the return.

The item must not be worn or damaged!
Sale items may not be returned or exchanged!
Returns can be sent to the address below. Please include your order number or your name so we can process it quickly for you. To improve our customer service, we would appreciate it if you let us know the reason for this, but this is of course not mandatory.

Any amounts already paid will be refunded to you within a maximum of 10 days after receipt of the return.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

Do you have a complaint about one of our products? It is of course annoying if you have a complaint. We kindly request you to pass on your complaint to us by email (teddytrust.nl@gmail.com). Please state your order number and the nature of your complaint. You can expect a response from us within 2 working days. Of course, we will do our best to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction.

Unfortunately, no washing guarantee is given. Problems after washing are at your own risk.
