POSTAGE COSTS
For all orders from the Netherlands you pay €6.95 shipping costs. Delivery time within the Netherlands is 1-3 business days if the product is made and has arrived at Post NL
Returning products is valid within 14 days. Return costs of a product are for your own account. These costs can vary from €3.50 to €7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
The amount of the product will be refunded as soon as possible, at the latest within 10 days after the return.
The item must not be worn or damaged!
Sale items may not be returned or exchanged!
Returns can be sent to the address below. Please include your order number or your name so we can process it quickly for you. To improve our customer service, we would appreciate it if you let us know the reason for this, but this is of course not mandatory.
Any amounts already paid will be refunded to you within a maximum of 10 days after receipt of the return.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
Do you have a complaint about one of our products? It is of course annoying if you have a complaint. We kindly request you to pass on your complaint to us by email (klantenservice@hanora-fashion.com). Please state your order number and the nature of your complaint. You can expect a response from us within 2 working days. Of course, we will do our best to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction.
Unfortunately, no washing guarantee is given. Problems after washing are at your own risk.
